If we are unable to match you with a cleaner for your requested date and time, you will be refunded in full immediately — no questions asked.
Other Refund Situations
• Cancellations: If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning, you’ll receive a full refund.
• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a 25% fee to cover the cleaner’s lost time.
• Service dissatisfaction: If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right — with either a free re-clean or partial refund, depending on the situation.
Processing Time
• Refunds are issued immediately upon approval and typically reflect within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment method.
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
Same-day cancellations may result in a 25% service fee.
No-shows may be charged 50% of the booking total.
